Western European Headquarters of the AJJIF - ALL JAPAN JU-JITSU INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION was hosting Major International Ju-Jitsu Event in Harrogate, England. First British Combat JuJitsu Congress.

Organized by Grand Master Steve Barnett, 10 Dan Ju-Jitsu. AJJIF National Director / Representative England and Grand Master Alexey Kunin, 10 Dan Ju-Jitsu, President of the AJJIF. Many European, Russian, Asian and American Ju-Jitsu Masters attended this historic international event. From 5 continents!

This was not just a Ju-Jitsu seminar it was the true Ju-Jitsu Congress, where all ju-jitsu practitioners joined to support ju-jitsu movement in the world and share theire knowledge, experience and wisdom.

May 13-15th 2005

KAZAN, RUSSIA hosted the First International Martial Arts Congress. The Congress had International Educational Conference with the collaboration of Russian Academy of Science and Education and Institute of Professional Education. On the second day was Press Conference and International Ju-Jitsu Seminar. This International Event was organized by AJJIF, Federal Alliance of Bujutsu of Russia and Russian Government. This international Event was first of it's kind in Russia.

International participants came from over 40 regions of Russia, USA, United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Ukraine. This International Martial Arts Congress was a big success and was organized parallel with the City of Kazan celebration of 1000 Anniversary. The Rebirth of Russia and New Chapter in the History of Russian Ju-Jitsu and AJJIF. With the collaboration of Russian Government and AJJIF - All Japan Ju-Jitsu International Federation and IFMAOM - International Federation of Martial Arts & Oriental Medicine.
